Cardio & Tone

In this Cardio & Tone class, you’ll start with energizing step cardio to elevate your heart rate and boost endurance. Afterward, we’ll shift focus to a targeted arm workout with light weights, helping you sculpt and strengthen your upper body. This balanced class ensures you’ll get both a cardio boost and muscle toning, all in one session!

ForeverFit is a slow-paced strength class designed for all levels, especially those new to fitness, Physical limitation or seniors. We focus on building foundational strength at a comfortable pace, helping you improve balance, mobility, and overall confidence.

Cardio & Tone Online

Our Pure Cardio class is a high-energy, heart-pumping session designed to elevate your cardiovascular endurance. With dynamic, bodyweight-based moves, this class will keep you moving, sweating, and feeling invigorated—all from the comfort of your home.
