Founder & Fitness InstructorShazia is a certified NASM personal trainer, yoga teacher, and health coach, passionate about supporting women at every stage. This passion led her to create Z-Fitness for Women, where she’s committed to provide a safe, empowering space.
Nasira Hasan
Fitness InstructorNasira is a certified personal trainer through ISSA and is passionate about helping others experience the physical and mental benefits of fitness.She also considers it an honor to teach senior classes, supporting clients at every stage of life.
Fatema Kermalli
Fitness InstructorFatema is a Health coach and NASM personal trainer with a B.S in Health Sciences. She's the founder of FSK's Healthy Way and promotes easy, adaptable methods to a healthier lifestyle. Fatema's focus is to help people achieve health goals such as fat loss, strength, and physical stability.
